Creative
Some words and sentences are perfect when reading but sound completely different when read aloud. We at Ventoux.Digital will work with you to transform your book into a script so it flows and entertains in the way the your book intended and the audience expects. We will also work with you to ensure you deal with any complications like graphs and images in a way so the audience do not feel like they need to reach for the printed version.
Casting
Whether you want to the author to read the book, or a voiceover artist to read it for you, or perhaps you want a mix of voices to match the characters in your book. We can do this for you with access to a bank of vastly experienced male and female voice artists of all ages. We will present you with options which we feel is right and you will get final say.
Production
The secret to making a professional audiobook is all about delivering a consistent recording. By this, I mean consistency in the voice, speed and sound. If you the author want to read the book, we will coach you to perform. We will also facitate a central London audiobook studio ro record. Otherwise, hand over the keys to us and we will work with a voice artist on your behalf.
Editing & Proofing
We will master the audiobook to broadcast standard removing any mistakes or added breaths ensuring a level of consistency. Music and any other production can be added at this point to bring life to key segments, or simply to book end your audio production. We have access to professinal proof readers who will analyse the content.
Distribution
We will finalise the audiobook to meet the Audiobook ACX standards. Once this is achived we will add your book to ACX for avaliability on Audible, iBooks and other audiobook download platforms. You will also get a free sample and other elements of audio to use on social media and websites.
